Beer + Coffee = Only Available at Honolulu Coffee

Can you imagine having beer and coffee all in one place? Honolulu Coffee recently extends its brand and opens the Beer Garden. In the Beer Garden, it offers a series of canned beer from Maui Brewing Company, Hawaii’s largest brewery company, as well as beer on tap from Main Street Brewing Co. It also launches a new food menu to pair with the beer.

HOLY Smokes, Smokes & Bones BBQ!

Recently, I was invited to one of the participated restaurant for the #BBQlicious event hosted by Budweiser. The event celebrates the best slow-cooked BBQ at some of the top restaurants across Canada. I chose to try the BBQ at Smokes & Bones BBQ. It is located in Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver. It is a 10 minute bus ride from the Lonsdale Quay. Although the restaurant is far away from the city, it has numerous reviews and a 4.4 rating on Google. I was excited to try the ribs in person!

The GPO Kitchen + Bar x Silver Chef

Did you ever have trouble looking for a place for happy hour after work? A place with an extensive selection of beer and cocktail, as well as delicious food? I recently went to a newly opened retro-themed bar on Davie Street, The GPO Bar + Kitchen. It was opened about 2 weeks ago, and it is bright and has an open environment, encouraging interactions among all people visiting the bar. Visiting on a Thursday evening, it is pretty packed, and the place is filled with laughters and chatters. If I was not been told, I would think that this bar has been opened for awhile already. And behind such successful launch, it is supported by Silver Chef, who provides funding and equipment aid to the bar.

BierCraft Bistro

BierCraft Bistro recently launches a new menu, and they are available across three locations – Commercial Drive, Cambie, and Westbrook Village (UBC). The original beer bar is known for its extensive selection of craft and imported beer, particularly the Belgian beer. Few weeks ago, I was invited to try the new menu, and I visited the Cambie location for its spacious interior and sun-laden patio seating.
